So hey. Have you ever woke up in a metal room with no doors or windows with your powers sapped but still having cell phone access? Where might that room be?
I'm pretty such that's Manhattan down there. Anyone from NY? Been to NY?
I tried going to NY once, but there's some No Flight list thing which means I'm not allow into America or something. C'mon, I only tried to have the President assassinated a couple of times, are they really going to hold that against me forever?
The heroes of Richmond, Virginia are a little...different. Are the heroes very different where you come from (not counting Greater Paragon City, obviously)?

Anyone know the going price of a cargo ship?
Two assault rifles with five spare mags each, a dozen flashbang stun grenades and a canister of CS gas. Once you're on board head to the engine room and flood all compartments with the gas, then you just need to load your goons and away you go.
NB: Remember to kit your team out with gas masks, otherwise you'll have to recruit another team before setting sail.

Yes, it's true, although in some cases the price would be so great as to be impossible to pay.

Literal. If you get too worked up then excessive blood flow to the retina can alter your colour perception. Never actually happened to me though, I just get very creative with my vengeance.
Ask me about the mackerel in the computer monitor sometime. ;)

Depends on how close you get to them. Like a nuclear explosion, at a distance they can be a beautiful thing to watch, but get too close and it'll ruin your hair. :)
